(b) other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter make it necessary to do so;
(c) the Winner opts for a Cash Prize instead of the Prize.
If the winner wishes to take a cash prize instead of the vehicle, the Promoter will seek the best price from local traders. Any cash values advertised on the website are an estimated price and the cash alternative value will be confirmed at the current trade value of the vehicle at the time of the sale. The promoter may make a reasonable deduction from the sale price to cover the time and administration costs required to undertake the task of securing the best price for the Winner.
